Refund policy

You can return your purchase for a refund as long as it meets our 30 day return policy described here: The item must be in the same brand new condition as it was when you received the item. There cannot be any damage, scratches or Velcro on the product. The original brand factory box and all of the contents that came with it must be included. Buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If your returned item is sent back to us but does not meet the conditions shown above, a 10% return and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. No RMA number is required. Just send us the return tracking number after you ship it so that we can be watching for it to return here and then issue the refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
